This is the fathers day cake that I made for my wonderful fiancé from our son. 

Its a chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream middle, chocolate fingers and maltesers - Yummy!

I hope the card went down well with her, I wasn't there to give it over.

Silver wedding Anniversary Cake

My latest cake creation for one of the nursery girls aunts. Its a lemon cake inside (used 15 egg mixture!), with lemon buttercream, covered in fondant with edible sugarpaste butterflies.
